The Founder of Get Real Social

Lucie McGuire is a multi- entrepreneur and the founder of Get Real Social, a social media agency known for helping businesses build authentic brands and connect with audiences through organic growth strategies. A native of Jensen Beach, Florida, Lucie has been in the marketing industry since 2016, managing social media for various businesses and earning a reputation as the “Social Media Guru.” Her approach goes beyond just content creation—she teaches the “why” behind branding, empowering her clients with the tools and confidence they need to thrive online.

But Lucie’s impact extends far beyond social media. In 2020, she founded The Traveling Youth, a nonprofit that funds study abroad opportunities for under-served college & trade students. Inspired by her own transformative travel experiences in 2018, Lucie is passionate about opening doors for young people to gain cultural knowledge and broaden their perspectives. This initiative earned her recognition as the 2023 Humanitarian of the Year.

When she’s not helping businesses or mentoring future leaders, Lucie co-runs Moxie Adventure Partners, a company dedicated to empowering women through solo travel experiences. An avid adventurer herself, Lucie can often be found paddleboarding, hiking, or exploring new destinations. Her belief in the power of authenticity, connection, and personal growth guides all her endeavors—whether she’s leading a brand to success or helping someone embark on a life-changing journey.

Kylee Gleichman is a dedicated marketing student at Indian River State College, currently pursuing her degree in Marketing. Kylee has honed her skills in listening, following instructions, and maintaining a positive, solutions-driven attitude. These attributes are key to her approach, as she believes in understanding a brand's core values and translating them into compelling narratives that resonate with consumers. She thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys using her skills to develop strategies that drive engagement and growth.

When she's not working on her studies or marketing projects, Kylee loves to spend time outdoors—whether it's relaxing at the beach or enjoying a boat ride on the water. This love for nature and exploration infuses her work with energy, ensuring she approaches every challenge with an innovative mindset. Kylee’s enthusiasm for learning and growing in her field makes her a promising addition to the Get Real Social Team.

Jessica

Brand Manager

Part of the team since July 2022

Jessica Cazabat is an experienced social media marketer who’s been helping brands shape their identities and share their stories since 2016. As the first employee of Get Real Social, she has been an essential part of the team since 2022, bringing an eye for creativity that the company truly values. Known for her direct approach and creativity, Jessica excels at delivering results that resonate with clients and audiences alike. Her hands-on experience in the field has made her an expert in crafting content strategies that drive engagement and growth for a variety of brands.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her off-roading in her beastly white and green Bronco, the 'Offroad Predator,' hitting the trails, camping, or enjoying beach days. This adventurous spirit fuels both her professional and personal life, allowing her to approach projects with enthusiasm and an innovative mindset. Jessica is always ready to take on new challenges, making her a dynamic and valuable member of the Get Real Social team.

Azka

Administrative Assistant

Part of the team since Jan. 2025

Azka is a Business Administration graduate from FAST, with a major in Marketing. She specializes in optimizing business operations and customer relationship management by designing tailored solutions that align with each client’s unique needs. Her expertise lies in streamlining workflows, enhancing system efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration for measurable results.

With a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving, Azka crafts strategies that help businesses thrive. Whether it’s improving processes or implementing effective systems, she is committed to delivering solutions that make a tangible impact.

Outside of work, Azka enjoys heading to the mountains for exploration, spending time unwinding, and binge-watching her favorite shows. These moments of relaxation fuel her creativity and inspiration.

The Traveling Youth is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved students with life-changing study abroad opportunities. Founded in 2020 by our very own Lucie McGuire, the organization was inspired by her personal study abroad experience that profoundly changed her life. As a first-time traveler, Lucie discovered the incredible growth and self-awareness that comes from stepping outside one’s comfort zone and experiencing the world. She knew she wanted to create the same opportunities for young people who might not otherwise have the chance to explore beyond their own communities.

Since its inception, The Traveling Youth has been committed to providing students with the resources and support they need to expand their horizons, build cultural awareness, and gain invaluable life skills. At Get Real Social, we’re deeply passionate about this mission. That’s why we’ve proudly contributed our social media expertise to The Traveling Youth at no cost, helping spread the word and amplify their impact.
